Social Media Collaboration Tool for Teams

Invite teammates or clients to your sona.to workspace. Choose what each person can do, which channels they see and whose posts need review.

A social media collaboration tool lets several people work on the same accounts without sharing passwords or stepping on each other's posts. In sona.to you invite teammates or clients to your workspace, decide what each person can do and which channels they see and review their posts before they go out. The team collaboration page sums it up.

Invite people to your workspace

From the Team page, invite one or several email addresses at once. Each person gets an invitation to accept, by email or from the banner on their dashboard. Nobody joins a workspace without accepting, even if they already have a sona.to account.

Once they join, they open your workspace from the team switcher in the sidebar and go back to their own with "My workspace". They never need your login, and your network passwords stay private.

Choose what each member can do

For every member you decide:

Which features they use, for example posting and analytics but not the SEO tools.

Which channels they work on, all of them or only the ones you choose. A freelancer who handles one brand sees only that brand's channels.

Whether they manage the team, which lets them invite people and approve posts.

Whether their posts need approval before they are published.

You can change these options at any time from the member's row.

Review posts before they are published

When a member's posts need approval, the composer shows a "Send for approval" button. The post waits on the Approvals page, where you or a team manager can approve it, edit it, send it back with a note or delete it. The author gets the note by email and in their notifications. The content approval workflow guide covers this step in detail.

Everyone works on the same calendar

Every member sees the same calendar and the same queue for the channels they work on, so everyone sees what is already planned before adding a post. Saved captions and the media library are shared by the team.

See who did what

The Team page keeps an activity list: who invited whom, who joined or left, which posts were approved or sent back and when access changed. Each member's row also shows when they were last active.

Team owners get an email when someone joins or leaves and a grouped email when posts are waiting for approval. Each email also appears as a notification in the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can I invite?

The number of members depends on your plan and is listed on the pricing page. You, as the owner, do not count toward it.

Can I give a client access to only their own channels?

Yes. Invite the client and choose their channels. They see only those channels, and you can require approval for their posts as well.

What happens to members if I change plans?

If your new plan does not include team members, they lose access to your workspace. Their settings are kept and come back if you upgrade again.
