How to manage multiple social media accounts without logging in and out. Connect each profile once, group them by brand and share access safely.
To manage multiple social media accounts without logging in and out all day, connect every profile once to one dashboard, group them by brand or client and give other people access only to what they need. This guide shows how to set that up in sona.to and how to keep each brand's posts apart. The accounts management page sums up the features involved.
Connect every account once
Connect your Instagram accounts, Facebook pages, LinkedIn pages, X accounts, TikTok, YouTube channels and the rest from the Channels page. Each account is connected once. After that, every account is one click away in the composer and the calendar.
The Channels page shows the state of each account. Filter it to see which are connected, paused or disconnected, and reconnect an account when a network asks you to sign in again.
Group accounts by brand or client
A group is a set of channels picked in one click. Create one group per brand, client or region, for example "Bakery: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok", then choose the group in the composer instead of ticking each account. It is the simplest way to make sure a post meant for one brand never goes to another.
Write once, adjust per network
One post can go to several accounts at the same time. The composer shows each network's character limit as you type and a preview of how the post will look on each network, so you can adjust the text before it goes out. Each network's own options, such as the post type on Instagram or Facebook, sit in their own panel.
Keep each brand's look
The watermark can be switched on per channel, with the team logo or with a logo of its own for each channel. A client's photos carry the client's logo, and yours carry yours. See how to add a watermark to photos.
Give access without sharing passwords
Invite a colleague, a freelancer or a client to your workspace and choose which channels they see. Someone who handles one brand sees only that brand's accounts. You can also require approval for their posts. See the collaboration guide and the content approval workflow.
Follow results account by account
Each account with analytics has its own page with its figures, best hours and a PDF export, which makes a monthly report per client straightforward. See social media analytics reports.
