● "Subscription" refers to your purchased plan to access the Service.
● "Content" refers to text, images, videos, or other material on the Service.
● "User Data" refers to data you upload or provide to the Service.
● "Connected Accounts" refers to third-party social media accounts you link to the Service.
To use our Service, you must be at least 16 years old. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
● Provide accurate and complete registration information
● Maintain the security of your password and account
● Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
● Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
sona.to is a social media management platform that allows you to:
● Connect and manage multiple social media accounts
● Create, schedule, and publish content to connected platforms
● Upload and organize media files
● View analytics and performance metrics
● Collaborate with team members (depending on your plan)
Features available to you depend on your Subscription plan.
When you connect third-party social media accounts to our Service:
● You authorize us to access and post content on your behalf
● You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service
● We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms
● You can disconnect accounts at any time from your settings
We support connections to platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Mastodon, Bluesky, Telegram, and Threads. Platform availability may change.
Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access at any time via Google Security Settings.
When using Google Drive to import files, you authorize us to access files you explicitly select. We use the read-only scope and do not access files you haven't selected. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
● Subscriptions are billed monthly, annually, or as a lifetime purchase
● Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
● You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period
● Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
● You retain access until the end of your current billing period
● No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
● Your data remains accessible for 30 days after expiration
We may offer free trials at our discretion. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period. Each user is eligible for one free trial per plan.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
You agree not to:
● Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
● Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
● Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful
● Harass, abuse, or threaten others
● Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited content
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
● Interfere with or disrupt the Service
● Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
● Exceed usage limits associated with your plan
● Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
● Violate the terms of service of connected platforms
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. We do not endorse user content and assume no liability for it.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We will notify you when possible, but reserve the right to act without notice in urgent situations.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Sonato LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
● Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
● Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
● Use our trademarks without written permission
● Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for:
● The availability or functionality of third-party services
● Changes to third-party APIs or terms
● Content or actions on third-party platforms
● Data handling by third parties
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
● Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
● Emergency repairs or security updates
● Factors outside our control
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONATO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonato LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
● Your use of the Service
● Your violation of these Terms
● Your content or data
● Your violation of any third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination:
● Your license to use the Service ends immediately
● You may lose access to your data
● We may delete your data after 30 days
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to us within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonato LLC regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:
● Right to access your personal data
● Right to rectification of inaccurate data
● Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
● Right to restrict processing
● Right to data portability
● Right to object to processing
