Media Library for Social Media Images and Videos

Keep the images and videos you post in one library. Folders, search, stock photos, an image editor and imports from Google Drive or Dropbox.

A social media content library keeps the images and videos you post in one place, next to the tool you publish with. In sona.to the Files page holds your media in folders, finds any file in seconds and puts it into a post with one click, so you stop hunting through a phone, a downloads folder and old emails. The media library page sums it up.

Bring your media in

Upload files from your computer by clicking Upload or by dropping them on the page. Large videos are sent straight to storage, and several files upload side by side. You can also import from a link, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Adobe Express.

When you need a picture you do not have, Stock media searches free stock photo libraries from the same page and saves your choice to your files.

Organize with folders

Create folders for brands, clients, campaigns or seasons, and folders inside folders. Rename and move folders and files at any time, one by one or in bulk: select several files, then move or delete them together.

Find any file

Filter the library by type: images, videos, documents or audio, each with its count. Search by name across a folder and every folder inside it. Sort by newest, oldest, name or size, and switch between a grid of thumbnails and a list. A preview opens any image or video without downloading it.

Edit images without leaving sona.to

The image editor crops, resizes and adjusts a picture where it sits, and saves the result as a new file, so the original stays untouched. For a quick change of size there is also the free image resizer, and the Instagram post size guide lists the right dimensions for each format.

From the library to a post

The composer has the same library in a side panel. Open a folder and drag a file into the post, or select the files you want to add. Your logo can then be added to the photos automatically when the post is published: see how to add a watermark to photos.

Shared with your team

The library belongs to the workspace, so everyone on your team uses the same files. The storage used and the storage left are shown on the page.
