Facebook font generator for your posts and comments

Write your posts and comments in bold, italic, script and other styles, see them in a post and copy them.

Facebook has no font menu. These styles are Unicode characters that look like letters in another font, so they keep their look wherever you paste them. Everything happens in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Where the styles work

Posts, comments and the Intro on your profile take these characters. Your profile name does not, since Facebook does not allow symbols or unusual characters in names.

Why some letters look different

Unicode has no complete set for some styles. Script, gothic and outline borrow a few letters from older symbol blocks, and small caps and tiny have no letter for x and q, so those characters can look slightly off next to the rest.

Keep it readable

A screen reader reads most of these characters out one by one or skips them. Use them for a short line or a heading, and keep your name and the words that matter in plain text.
