You can now connect an AI assistant straight to your sona.to workspace. Once connected, tools like Claude and ChatGPT can read and manage your posts, pull your analytics, and run your SEO checks for you, without you switching tabs or copying anything across.
This runs on MCP, the Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets an AI assistant talk to an outside service in a structured way. sona.to exposes its tools through an MCP server at mcp.sona.to, and any assistant that speaks MCP can use them. It is on every plan.
There are two ways to connect, depending on the assistant you use.
For browser assistants like Claude on the web and ChatGPT, you add sona.to as a custom connector and approve a sign-in screen. There is no token to copy or paste. You sign in once, confirm the connection, and the assistant can start working with your account.
For code and command-line assistants like Claude Code, Cursor and Windsurf, you connect with a token instead. Generate one on the API page in your dashboard and add it as an authorization header when you register the server. The connect details are on that same page.
Either way, the assistant reaches the same set of tools, and everything stays scoped to your own team. A connected assistant only ever sees your data, and it works through the same permissions the rest of the platform uses, including our REST API.
Here is what that looks like in practice. You can ask your assistant to schedule a week of posts from a rough outline, then have it check which past posts performed best and adjust the plan. You can ask it to run an SEO audit on your site and summarize what to fix first. You can have it pull last month's numbers into a report without you opening a single screen.
